Here's another shorter meditation to continue the flow. These shorter ones are great to slot in especially when you're not quite in the mood as per se' or you may be feeling a little out of sorts and know you're attention span is a bit all over the place and put in the too-hard basket. We can all have those days and times. But even a short one at those times can bring you back to feeling more centred even if you're fidgety throughout the meditation. You're still getting something out of it because you took the time for yourself. Also, you honoured yourself for still taking some time. Be kind to yourself and Smile.
