Let yourself drift into this beautiful guided meditation. Notice the light, sounds, images or energy as you are guided. Go with the flow. Bring your attention back to the voice of the guide if you wander off. Become getting used to taking time some important time for yourself. It's not meant to be a chore. Focus on how you will feel afterwards like when you complete something or you've been for your walk or the gym etc and how you feel better for it etc. A wonderful one to wind up a week or begin a fresh new week.
