21 Days of Meditation to Bring the Habit into Your Daily Ritual Day 5

Sometimes you may ask yourself or the Universe ... Where am I going? Meditation has helped me to become aware and mindful of my habits both good and not so good. This habit has helped me to become more peaceful, more focussed, less worried, more appreciative and attentive to everything in my life. I am far from perfect, but it has helped me come a long way in understanding my mind and trusting the process, and trusting in the bigger picture of how and when aligning happens. Hence being drawn to this share meditation. One of many I found on You Tube to be helpful amongst others from other sources and those channelled with spirit.
