21 Days of Meditation to Bring the Habit into Your Daily Ritual Day 3

Taking some time to feel your inner being will help to discover and amend your self-perception. Maybe it's enhancing where you already are at with you or maybe you're rewriting the script. We are always growing and learning whether we realise it or not. The trick is to step out of what we think we already know to expand - especially about our own self.

If you're feeling a bit hmmm, argh, what the! or you found it challenging to stay still or thoughts and mind keep wandering during the time you've set aside for meditation, remember as mentioned before to not be too hard on yourself. It's okay. You're training yourself to sit still and shift your mindset and body into your usual routine. Develop a loving attitude with yourself. See these potential blockers, thoughts, or feelings attitudes, as friends rather than intruders or enemies. They are a part of you but not all of you. When we start to wriggle, squirm, go the other way or sweep it aside it's generally something to take a look at. Breathe. Then maybe .... just saying .... go within.... ❤🙏

This is one of the meditations that has been helpful to create a shift within.
