21 Days of Meditation to Bring the Habit into your Daily Ritual Day 10

This is quite a long one as you'll notice but don't let that put you off. Depending on your plans you can simply set an alarm for 20 or 30mins or for however long you intend to spend in meditation. You may be surprised when the alarm goes off that you maybe could have kept going. Hopefully, by now you're not as focussed on time and you're naturally noticing yourself relax more into it without restricting yourself as much with your 'busyness' mindset.

These longer videos like this are great for in the background when there is chaos around to help shift the energy. Today Archangel Raphael has appeared and led to this video so I'm going to roll with it. Enjoy!
